What actually happens when someone calls me?
The calls you don't pick up are forwarded to Jinny. She answers in your place, talks to the caller, and leaves you the summary to read. Your phone never rings twice.
Can Jinny give away my OTP?
No. It's built so Jinny can't read or repeat an OTP - not to a bank, not to a courier, not to a stranger who sounds certain. There's no wording that gets one out of her.
Does it cost anything?
Jinny is free while we're in alpha. If we add paid plans later we'll say so first and ask you to accept fresh terms - you will never be charged without that.
Which phone do I need?
Either one. Jinny is on the App Store and Google Play today, in India.
What language does Jinny speak?
English and Indian languages, so your callers can talk the way they already do. You pick the voice and the language Jinny answers in during onboarding.
Are my calls recorded, and can I delete them?
Calls are transcribed so you get a summary. Audio is kept only if you consented to it, is encrypted at rest, and you can delete any single recording whenever you like. Delete your account from Settings and the rest goes within 90 days - the full detail is in the privacy policy.
